As a 7 year lamp worker, do your shopping and invest carefully in your kiln especially. I finally have a Blue Bird kiln with controller and it's a lifesaver compared to my old kiln. Hot head torches are good to learn with, but if you have the finances to get an oxy con, go straight to a small minor torch to start. Email me and we can chat further too.
